@Supreme teamed up with the Oakland Raiders and ‘47 for a capsule collection. The Oakland, California team was founded in 1960, is known for its iconic “Raiders” logo according to the internet depicting Randolph Scott (American film actor whose career spanned the years from 1928 to 1962) in a football helmet wearing an eye-patch over his right eye.
Derived from a Jolly Roger flag, the team logo also carries two crossed cutlass swords behind the “Raider” — a logo that has seen 15 division titles and three Super Bowl Championships. This collection consist off a short-sleeve shirt, T-shirts, twill shorts, hoodies, and a five-panel hat.
The Supreme x NFL 2019 Spring Raiders ’47 collection will be available in-store at New York, Brooklyn, Los Angeles, London, Paris and also online from June 6. Japan will see a later release as usual on June 8.
